River Run Tree Farm

Our take

River Run posted one plain 2026 schedule: the same hours, 9:00am to 4:30 pm, on seven dates across late November and early December. That makes planning simple, because there is no second set of hours to work out; pick any of the listed dates and the farm is open the same stretch of the day. The farm says it carries spruce and fir trees and that trees are priced individually, so each tree has its own price. It accepts cash, check and credit cards, so a family can pay in any of those three ways. Families with pets should read the farm's note: it keeps a friendly but large farm dog on the premises and welcomes family pets with responsible owners, so a calm family dog can come along, while a nervous one may be happier at home. Arrive with enough time before 4:30 pm to walk the rows, choose a tree and pay for it. Check the farm's home page before you drive in case anything changes.
