Our take
Koch posts exact 2026 hours: fuller days on its first five dates, then short 12p to 3p windows on the last three. Its dates page says a reservation is required to purchase a tree, and new for 2026 the farm takes one reservation per family unit no matter how many trees you are getting. The welcome post lists Scotch and White Pine, Blue and Norway Spruce, and Canaan, Turkish and Nordmann Fir with a few White and Douglas Fir; the services page lists a slightly different choose and cut set that includes Concolor Fir and White Spruce. Trees are mostly 6-8 ft and priced individually. The farm offers help with choosing and cutting, free shaking and net wrapping, loading help, hand-made wreaths, tree stands for sale and a restroom on site, and treats and hot chocolate are available. Leashed dogs are allowed if owners clean up after them. Koch accepts cash, credit cards and local checks. Reserve once for the family, then pick a date from the list.
Written by us from the farm's own words quoted below. It adds nothing they don't say.
From the farm's site
Every detail here is quoted word for word from the farm's own website, with the page and the date we fetched it. Details the farm hasn't posted aren't shown. A detail is marked 2026 only when the farm's own words print that year.
