Bartels Farm
Choose and cut, plus pre-cut · Southwest Ohio
Our take
Bartels runs its 2026 season by appointment only, on weekends, so book through the farm's ticket page before you drive. Families buy one admission per family, and the cost of that ticket comes off what you spend at the farm. The ticket page lists a live nativity, holiday gifts and treats alongside the Christmas trees. The tree page lays out a simple pricing pattern: White Pines are one price for any size, Norway Spruce cut in the field is one price for any tree, and a prime grade Canaan Fir is priced by the foot, with choice trees discounted. Norway Spruce is also sold dug, as a live tree to use at Christmas and then plant in your yard after the holiday. If someone has their heart set on a Fraser Fir, the farm says it has pre-cut Fraser trees to select from. Pick your weekend, buy the admission, and expect the tree itself to be priced by type at the farm.
