Cut Your Own Tree

Freedom Farm Delta

Our take

Freedom Farm Delta posts a short season: it opens on the Friday after Thanksgiving and is open only two weekends, Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 12 noon to 5pm, and closed Monday through Thursday; the schedule doesn't print a year. Its 2026 pricing is simple, one rate per foot for Fraser Fir and all spruce. The farm offers practical help with cutting: you may bring your own saw, you can borrow a hand saw, and the farm will cut the tree for you for no charge. There are no restrooms available, so plan a stop before you arrive. Dogs are welcome on a leash. With only two weekends on the calendar, pick your weekend early and keep in mind that the farm is closed Monday through Thursday, so plan around those three days.
